Mike leads health consultancies focused on brand and organizational transformation. He is CEO of both Hailey Sault, the digital performance marketing firm for health and wellness brands, and The Institute for Healthcare Excellence, creating performance driven cultures with enhanced well-being, greater stability and new capacities for growth.
He is co-founder of the Believe in Better Project, an annual workshop bringing together some of North America’s leading health visionaries to perpetuate the continued transformation of a healthcare system in crisis, is co-host of the Hailey Sault “Believe in Better” podcast, and a frequent speaker on the subjects related to brand and cultural transformation.
Away from work, Mike and his family of five live out Hailey Sault’s purpose of “creating a healthy world” by soaking up life between northern Minnesota and Sun Valley, Idaho.
Ann is as serious about elevating brands and creating a healthier world as she is about laughter. It’s her personal mission to bring joy into the world which starts with each meeting she leads. This passion for positivity has made Ann the highlight of many a client’s day.
A consummate collaborator, she brings teams to the table to overcome challenges and create a strategic solution. That’s been her specialty for more than 20 years in marketing brands in healthcare, higher education, financial services and beyond. In addition to guiding client strategy, Ann works to create business operations that provide an incredible client experience and support the agency team doing their best work.
Outside of agency life, Ann is a single Mom to her daughter, Gloria, who is trailblazing her way through college, currently having the time of her life.
With an entrepreneurial spirit she learned at an early age while working in her father’s business, Ali is an action-oriented and inspirational specialist who thrives on uncovering purpose, potential and unique market positioning. She knows corporate communications and public relations from the inside out—having worked both in the agency environment and on the hospital and clinic side of the healthcare marketing business. Her 25+ years of experience have included being a consultant to CEOs, administrators, and leadership, and developing brand strategies and innovative communications to help health systems advance in competitive environments.
When she’s not supporting client growth, Ali is out running, spending time with her husband and four kids going to sporting events or traveling, or engaged in making her community a better place for everyone by volunteering on a board or with any number of community organizations.
Joe has a profound understanding of how people feel, react and respond to brands in the digital environment. His ability to guide the human centered design process has inspired deep and lasting brand connections between our clients and their audiences.
With 20+ years of experience in healthcare communications, this artist, photographer, videographer and editor brings a visionary sensibility to the leadership of our creative team.
Joe has been recognized with numerous healthcare marketing awards and American Advertising Federation (AAF) Addys for traditional and multi-platform digital campaigns. He is a recipient of the 2016 “20 under 40” Award from the Duluth News Tribune. His love of family and community makes him a person people know they can count on in a pinch—with an open mind and heart.
