Hailey Sault elevates Elkins, Hanson and Gunderson to key roles

Duluth firm deepens its expertise in digital marketing with the elevation of three senior employees; adds global talent to its strategy team.

DULUTH, Minn. — Hailey Sault has promoted three of its team members to senior roles and added a new team member from a global consultancy, signaling its continued investment in being recognized as a national digital marketing leader for health and health care brands.

Ann Elkins was promoted to SVP of Strategy, where she will assume greater responsibility for ensuring that strategies for all Hailey Sault clients are created and delivered at the highest levels. She will work with the team’s Growth, Creative and Digital leaders to take responsibility and plan for the collective success of the agency, managing the Strategy team in a positively contributing manner.

As each one of us do, Ann brings a unique set of skills to her role at Hailey Sault. She has demonstrated a strong capacity to think strategically, partner with her team here, and lead clients through complex challenges,” said Hailey Sault CEO Mike Seyfer. “At this inflection point for Hailey Sault, we believe providing Ann with greater opportunities for leadership and collaboration is good for Hailey Sault, its current and future clients, and our business partners.”

Brittney Hanson was promoted to Director of Digital, where she will accelerate and scale the organization’s digital marketing channels. In her role, Hanson will leverage Hailey Sault’s insights, research, and past results to create a captivating vision for what can be accomplished, measured and optimized by providing strategic guidance to agency and client leadership teams within the digital landscape, including: web, mobile, social, media, content marketing, data visualization and measurement.

“We’re very excited that Brittney’s work in collaboration across the agency and client teams will expand our collective abilities to identify opportunities to improve consumer experience and innovate. In a relatively short time at Hailey Sault, Brittney’s work has vaulted the firm to the forefront of the digital landscape and helped create dramatically positive results for our clients,“ said Seyfer.

Joe Gunderson was promoted to Director of Experience Design. As the Director of Experience Design, Gunderson will focus on moments of engagement, or touchpoints, between people and brands—and the ideas, emotions, and memories that these moments create. In this role, he will combine his holistic problem-solving talents, along with nearly two decades of design expertise, to examine clients’ entire brand ecosystems.

Marsha Hystead, Hailey Sault’s Chief Creative Officer, said: “We are very excited about this new role and believe Joe is the perfect fit for it. He has led many of our digital creative initiatives and is a ‘whole-brain thinker’ with an obsession for how the user experiences the digital and physical world. He has the ability to look at a problem, deconstruct it and devise a way to make it better through design.”

Bruce Norby has joined Hailey Sault as a Senior Strategist. Norby most recently led strategy on the AMTRAK and Mastercard collaborative rewards program for global consultancy, ICF Next. In this role, he focused on consumer engagement, acquisition and loyalty across all digital platforms. At Hailey Sault, Norby will extend the firm’s digital competencies by designing and implementing digital strategies that create year-over-year growth for Hailey Sault’s clients.

Seyfer added: “In recent years, Hailey Sault has benefited from people like Ann Elkins, Brittney Hanson and Stephen Moegling joining us from other remarkable firms, bringing rich thinking and client experiences. Bruce continues to raise that bar with incredible digital experience and parallel consumer insights.”
